Over the years I've really learned to appreciate good food. I'm so passionate about food, different kind of food that it inspired me in the kitchen. I get so excited and anxious.

I hate processed meat, so I'm always trying combination of plant based items. I had mushrooms and wanted to create a dish, didn't know what. Thought about the jack fruit, then I said naawh. Started brainstorming what could I do with the mushrooms. Well I went to the cupboard and I pulled out some butter beans, which gave me an idea. Curried butter beans, mushrooms and pumpkin in coconut sauce. Well I must tell you, it was a very tasty meal. Another signature item for Cassanova Catering LLC. This can be enjoyed by itself, with rice (brown, white, rice and peas), roti, tortilla, salad and wrap.
