Water is essential to our life. How many of us hate water to the point where we do not drink it, or if we do drink it's minimal. Well we can boost our drive for water. Instead of having sugary drink try adding cucumber. I've tried it and I'm loving it. Have you tried cucumber in your water? Cucumber water is incredibly refreshing and delicious. It's so easy to make. You should try it. It hydrates your body and helps with your health. I'll share a few recipes I found on line.
Lemon Cucumber water:
Just add 1 lemon sliced, 1 cucumber sliced, 1 handful of fresh mint, 8 cups of water, and some ice into a pitcher. Chill it for a minimum of 2 hours.
Cucumber herb infused water:
Slice 1 lemon and 1/2 a cucumber. Add it to a pitcher of water with 1 handful of mint, 1 handful of thyme, and 2 sprigs of rosemary. Refrigerate it for at least an hour.
