Pineapple is delicious has lots of fiber and is very nutritious. Pineapple helps the heart, it fights cancer and helps with digestion. If you are diabetic you can still have pineapple, balance your food intake.

Here's a recipe I found online and tried.

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks 1 small banana 1/4 -1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 1 tbsp. chia seeds 1 cup water or coconut water

Directions: Blend on high until smooth and enjoy!
